We will conduct an (on-site) workshop to identify saving potential and business goals, jointly discuss the scope and requirements, and clarify the technical setup and data privacy constraints.

Together, we will create a first working model for 3-5 aircraft stands to collect and provide timestamps for a period of three months.

What cameras do we need?
Seer® is very flexible regarding camera hardware. Nonetheless, in order to integrate into our ecosystem and to ensure high quality event detection, some requirements apply: IP cameras Sourcing: direct or via video management system Resolution needs to be at least 1080p (Full HD) Video Codec H.264 or equivalent Minimum 10 frames per second (FPS) for training material Automated Color Correction.
Can we use existing cameras?
Yes, it is possible to use existing hardware with Seer as long as it fulfills the requirements listed under “What cameras do we need?”. However, please note that the camera position is a crucial factor for quality of event detections. If the existing cameras are not positioned optimally, we may not be able to properly detect all events, e.g., due to occlusion.
We always strive to make the most out of the existing hardware and are happy to assess the possibilities of your camera setup jointly with your team during a pilot phase.
What is needed for a hybrid edge-cloud setup?

To run the video processing on servers residing on-premise, we require specific hardware that is certified for Azure Stack HCI (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/products/azure-stack/hci). The exact hardware specifications depend on your setup (cameras, number of positions, etc.). Please reach out to us to determine the ideal setup for you.

What is needed for a pure cloud setup?

To run the video processing in the cloud, the raw camera streams of the positions need to be accessible from within the Azure Cloud. For that, we require you to setup an Azure ExpressRoute (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/products/expressroute) and to then pair the cameras in your Azure tenant with ours via Azure Virtual Network Peering.
